4. Contact form

If you send us an enquiry by email, we store the information in your email, including the contact details you provide, to process your enquiry and respond to any follow-up questions.

We do not share this data without your consent. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to performing a contract or is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract.

5. Email delivery through Resend

We use Resend (Resend Labs, Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #5716, Covina, CA 91723, USA) to send emails for contact form enquiries and waitlist registrations.

When you contact us through our website or join the waitlist, the information you enter (name, email address, and any company details or message) is processed through Resend and transmitted to us.

Data transfers to the United States are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information about privacy at Resend is available in the Resend Privacy Policy.

Our use of Resend is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in reliable email communication.

7. Cookies
